Your Local Window Cleaner Walworth, SE17
The person who quotes the job is the person who turns up and cleans your windows.
Hello, I Am Allen
I am Allen Patrick, the window cleaner Walworth residents will see going up and down the estate roads in a Bright Light uniform. I live here, in SE17, and the round is built out from my own front door.
Bright Light does a small number of things properly rather than a long list badly. Windows, conservatories and skylights, shop fronts, gutters and jet washing. All of it done by me, with the right kit for the job, and all of it priced before I start.
What I care most about is the part people actually complain about in this trade: not knowing when someone is coming, and not being able to get hold of them afterwards. You will always know which two hours I am arriving in, and you will always be dealing with the same person.

What Is In The Van
The van carries a 1,000 litre tank of pure water, two pumps and hoses, and a reach and wash pole system running from 18 to 65 feet. The water is bought ready filtered rather than made on board, which means no filter failures halfway through a street and a consistent finish every visit.
There is also an extendable gutter vacuum, a pressure washer, and a generator. The generator matters more than it sounds: it means I never need your plug socket, and the tank means I never need your outside tap.

Old School Service, In Writing
Most complaints in this trade are not about the cleaning. They are about not knowing when someone is coming, or not being able to get hold of them afterwards. So these are the four things I commit to.
Texted the night before. No early morning surprises.
If the back gate is locked, I clean the front and only charge for what I have done.
If you are not happy, I come back as soon as I can and put it right.
Your price is confirmed before anything goes in the diary.
Street By Street, Not All Over The Map
I work this round area by area rather than covering the whole of London badly. From Walworth and Elephant & Castle, I am working out through Nunhead and Peckham, Camberwell and Kennington, Dulwich, Herne Hill, West Norwood and Upper Norwood, with Brixton and Bermondsey alongside. Commercial and shop front work reaches further, as far as SE1 and Tower Bridge.
A tight round is better for you as well as me. It means I am nearby if something needs putting right.

A Few Things People Ask
Yes. Bright Light is a one man business, so the person who quotes your job is the person who cleans your windows. That is deliberate. You get the same face every visit and one number to call.
Both, though most people end up on a regular schedule because it works out cheaper per visit and the glass never gets back to square one. Monthly suits most houses, every 6 weeks or quarterly works for quieter streets, and shop fronts usually want it more often.
