A ground-floor flat is £15, a first-floor flat is £17.50 and a second-floor flat is £20. Terraced houses start at £20, semis from £25 and detached houses from £35. Shop fronts start from £10 and skylights are £10 each. Gutters and jet washing are priced on quote.
No. Most customers are at work when we come, and we only need access to the outside. If we cannot get to the back, we clean the front and price accordingly. If we cannot do the job at all, you are not charged.
Monthly suits most houses here, because traffic dust and rain marks build up faster than people expect. Every six weeks works on quieter streets, and quarterly is the longest we would suggest.
Never. We bring our own pure water and run everything off our own generator, so nothing is plugged into your house and no outside tap is needed. It also means we can clean a shop front before it opens.
